Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons finely ground oats (colloidal oatmeal or quick oats pulsed in a blender)
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (or regular honey)
  • 1–2 tablespoons plain yogurt or milk (dairy or unsweetened plant milk)
  • Optional: A few drops of jojoba oil for extra dryness

Instructions
 

  • Prep the oats: If using regular oats, grind them to a fine powder. This helps the mask spread smoothly and prevents scratching.
  • Mix the base: In a small bowl, combine the ground oats and honey. Stir until it forms a thick paste.
  • Add liquid slowly: Stir in 1 tablespoon of yogurt or milk. Add more, a little at a time, until you have a creamy, spreadable consistency—think thin yogurt.
  • Patch test: Dab a bit on your jawline and wait 10 minutes to check for sensitivity.
  • Apply: On clean, slightly damp skin, spread a thin, even layer over your face, avoiding eyes and lips.
  • Set and relax: Leave on for 10–15 minutes. Don’t let it dry completely; if it starts to crack, mist with water.
  • Rinse gently: Use lukewarm water and light circular motions. Pat dry with a soft towel.
  • Finish: Follow with your favorite moisturizer to seal in hydration.
