Add the milk to the blender first, followed by Greek yogurt, then frozen strawberries.
Top with honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Blend on low to start, then increase to high. Use a tamper if you have one, or stop and scrape down the sides as needed.
If the mixture is too thick to blend, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk at a time until it catches and spins smoothly.
Taste and adjust sweetness. Add honey for more sweetness or a couple more strawberries for a stronger berry flavor.
Blend until very smooth and thick.
Pour into a chilled glass. For extra thickness, let it sit 1–2 minutes—Greek yogurt will help it set slightly.
