Green Juice for Clear Skin & Glow (Cucumber, Apple & Mint) - Fresh, Bright, and Hydrating

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber (preferably unwaxed; leave the peel on if organic)
  • 2 green apples (Granny Smith or similar)
  • 1 small handful of fresh mint leaves (about 10–15 leaves)
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled if juicing; juice only if blending)
  • 1–2 cups cold water (for blending method)
  • Ice (optional, for serving)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional, to enhance flavor and minerals)

Instructions
 

  • Wash everything well. Rinse the cucumber, apples, and mint. If your produce isn’t organic, consider peeling the cucumber.
  • Prep the produce. Core the apples and cut them into chunks. Slice the cucumber into large pieces. Remove lemon peel if using a juicer.
  • If using a juicer: Juice cucumber, apples, mint, and lemon in that order. Stir the juice, then taste and adjust with a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  • If using a blender: Add cucumber, apples, mint, lemon juice, and 1 cup cold water. Blend on high until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a lighter texture, or keep it pulpy for extra fiber. Add more water to reach your preferred consistency.
  • Chill and serve. Pour over ice for extra refreshment. Drink immediately for the brightest flavor and most nutrients.
