Ingredients
  

  • Medjool dates (large and soft; about 12)
  • Biscoff spread (smooth cookie butter)
  • Crushed Biscoff cookies (optional, for crunch)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional, but highly recommended)
  • Dark or milk chocolate (optional, for drizzling or dipping)
  • Chopped nuts (optional: pistachios, almonds, or pecans)
  • Shredded coconut (optional, for a toasty finish)

Instructions
 

  • Prep the dates: Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit. Don’t cut all the way through—keep it like a little pocket.
  • Fill with Biscoff: Use a small spoon or piping bag to add about 1 to 2 teaspoons of Biscoff spread into each date.
  • Add crunch: Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies on top. You can also add chopped nuts for texture.
  • Optional chocolate finish: Melt chocolate in the microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between each. Drizzle over the dates or dip them halfway.
  • Season the sweetness: Add a tiny pinch of flaky sea salt to balance the caramel-like sweetness.
  • Chill (optional): Pop them in the fridge for 10 minutes to set the chocolate or firm up the filling. Serve and enjoy.
