1cupplain Greek yogurt (2% or 5% for extra creaminess; use nonfat if you prefer)
1/2–3/4 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
1/4–1/3 cup granola or toasted oats for crunch
1–2 tablespoons chopped nuts or seeds (almonds, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, or chia)
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Small pinch of sea salt (optional, to balance sweetness)
Fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prep the berries: Rinse and pat dry. Slice strawberries if using.
Set aside.
Flavor the yogurt: In a bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with vanilla, cinnamon, and a tiny pinch of salt. This step makes the base taste like dessert without adding much sugar.
Add sweetness: Drizzle in honey or maple syrup and mix. Start small; you can always add more on top.
Layer it up: Spoon the yogurt into a bowl.
Top with berries, then sprinkle granola and nuts or seeds for crunch.
Finish: Add a last drizzle of honey if needed and a few mint leaves. Serve right away for peak crunch.
